First Day

My first day of work was pretty uneventful and boring - just a lot of dumb ice-breakers (very upper-west-side-shabbos-meal-ish) and boring presentations on benefits - good as they are (4 weeks paid paternity leave!), not very interesting to hear about.

On an unrelated topic, our townhouse bid was accepted and we also found out that 2 other frum people put in bids in the same complex, so the demographic looks like it will be good. We just have to visit the agent tomorrow.

That's all from me for now, but hopefully rachel will post some of those pictures I know you are all dying to see.

I am loving this blog. Keep up the posting. How about more pictures? Can't wait to see photos of the house. Are you meeting other young couples? Have you met any other frum people at work? Where are you going this shabbos? Are you orienting yourselves to the city? When are you picking up the car? When are you closing on the house? Just keep the news coming.

We miss you.

Love,
Mom

So exciting about the house! Let us know details on when you are gonna move in etc. Good luck with day two of work! Rachel- what have you been up to over there?
